CarHub North York Chrysler is looking for Automotive Sales Representatives to join our CarHub Product Advisor Team. As part of the team you are the dealership's first point of contact with customers. You will be dealing directly with customers, assessing their needs and helping them to find their perfect vehicle.
 

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with all customer inquires (inbound phone calls, online chat, offline e-leads, walk-ins)
• Manage and respond to all inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance
• Log in customer details and comments in our system
• Schedule appointments and complete the purchase
• Constant follow up with your customer portfolio & report the results daily
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram & off brand products
• Greet and assist walk-in customers, and treat all clientele with courtesy and respect
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Maintain contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service
• Maintain the set sales ratio (weekly, monthly and quarterly)
• Go-getter who looks for opportunities to connect with customers and follows through

Requirements:

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills via phone, one-on-one and online are a must
• Excellent follow through and follow up skills
• Must be internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills to help keep track of all sales leads and to keep the CRM data up-to-date
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software and the internet
• Professional and personable demeanor
• OMVIC License
• Valid Ontario G Drivers’ License
• Clear Driver’s Abstract

 

Assets:

• Bilingual in Mandarin, Spanish or French
• Previous customer service experience
• Previous call center and/or internet sales experience
• Previous automotive sales experience
