What car brands does CarHub carry?

 

CarHub is a licensed dealer of new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM and Fiat vehicles. These are featured at our North York and Caledon locations as well as a wide range of pre-owned vehicles of a variety of makes and models. 
 

Our pre-owned selection of vehicles is large and varied with a range of brands, makes and models but we have a consistently large number of Audi, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz vehicles on our lots. 

 

Does CarHub offer vehicle service as well as sales?

 

Yes!

Does CarHub offer parts as well as service? 

 

We do! Our service team is happy to make parts recommendations based on your needs. If you have a specific parts question or would like to order a part, please contact our Parts Department and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request!

 

Does CarHub offer financing options? 

 

Yes!

 

CarHub offers pre-approval services with our in-house financing team. To apply for financing through CarHub you just need to book an appointment with one of our financing professionals who will walk you through the process. At CarHub, we know that not everyone’s circumstances are the same. We are happy to accommodate people with poor credit and we have developed relationships with all of the major financial institutions to more easily tailor a financial plan that is perfect for every individual.

 

Does CarHub provide an option for leasing cars? 

 

Yes! 

 

We offer an option to lease specific vehicles and brands on our lots. Enquire for details. Our friendly Product Advisors will be happy to consult on our vehicles that are available for lease.

If you would like a quick view of lease availability and additional leasing information, most cars that qualify for leasing will display the lease option when you click on the question mark beside the Estimated Finance payment on the vehicle detail page. It’s always best to contact us to consult with a Product Advisor for up-to-date information. We update our lease options regularly! 

 

Does CarHub offer a remote purchase option? 

 

Yes! 

 

CarHub offers a remote purchase option via our Buy Now function on CarHub.ca. On a vehicle page, click the orange Buy Now button on any vehicle detail page, and a pop-out feature will guide you through the process. 
 
Our Buy Now button is a great way to craft the buying experience based on your own terms. When you register within the CarJiffy app, your progress will be saved so that you can pause and continue at your own pace. Our Product Advisors are standing by to help at any time if you need assistance with the process. 

 

What are the CarHub hours?

Is CarHub open on holidays?

 

We’re closed on most holidays with an exception on the August civic long weekend and Boxing Day. 

 

Holiday hours are subject to change. Be sure to check our Contact page for more details. Holiday hours will be updated on our homepage as well in the lead-up to every holiday.

 

 Are there differences in what is offered at the two CarHub locations? 

 

Both CarHub North York and CarHub Caledon offer the same great service and a fantastic selection of new and used vehicles.  North York does offer a greater amount of vehicles on-site and a larger range of service options, however, due to having a larger facility.  Does CarHub accept trades? 

 
Yes! 

 

We offer a CarHub promise to maintain a fair trade-in value on all of the trades that we accept. We also entertain trade-in offers even if you aren’t buying a car from us. Contact us or book an appointment with a Product Advisor for more details. 

 

Can I customize a vehicle package through CarHub? 

 

Yes! 

 

We offer the ability to customize a build on Stellantis brand vehicles. Wait times for custom build vary, please enquire for wait time estimates. Contact us for more details to create your custom vehicle today, or work out your choices on our Build And Price page. 

 

Does CarHub offer accessories and add-ons to the vehicles on the CarHub lots? 

 

Yes! 

 

We have many accessories and add-ons that can be included with a vehicle purchase and we are happy to work to accommodate special requests. Our Buy Now button, easily accessed on any vehicle detail page will give you a list of our available accessories for any specific vehicle.

Can I place an order for a vehicle that is not currently on the CarHub lots?

 

Yes! 

 

After a consultation with a Product Advisor, we will determine the feasibility of your request and work to facilitate bringing your requested vehicle to the CarHub lot of your choice! 

 

 How long has CarHub been in operation?

 

CarHub Automotive Group has a long history of serving our community! 

 

Our CarHub North York and Caledon locations began in their current iterations in 2003. Prior to that we served the community as Willowdale Dodge and Caledon Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Some of our employees have been with us for over thirty years! 

 

 Does CarHub offer a safety warranty? 

 

Yes! 

 

It is a CarHub Promise to include a 36-day Safety Warranty on all of our used vehicles. If you notice any safety-related issues with your vehicle within that 36 day period, just let us know and we’ll work to rectify the situation. Does CarHub ship vehicles?

 

Yes!

 

We’re happy to offer shipping solutions for our customers. You can schedule a consultation with one of our Product Advisors for more details on shipping options.

 

Does CarHub charge service fees on purchased vehicles?

 

Nope! 

 

There are no hidden fees in our prices. Online prices and payments on CarHub websites are for finance purchases - please note there is a $750 finance/lease fee. Cash purchases for used vehicles have a $2,200 surcharge (the finance price + $2,200), however cash purchases for new vehicles only have tax and licensing extra -- no surcharge. This is disclosed in the pricing section for every vehicle on our websites.

 

Are CarHub’s prices negotiable?

 

We’re a one-price store and our vehicles are priced as competitively as possible. That means that our customers get our best price first so there’s no haggling at the dealership for a stress-free buying experience. 

 

What are the CarHub COVID-19 procedures?

 Does CarHub offer contactless pickup? 

 

Yes!
 

We allow curbside pickup for purchases and contactless pickup of vehicles in service. Refer to our COVID-19 procedures page for more details.
