Try this five-step procedure to identify the most likely problem. In some cases you will be able to get your car going. At the very least you will be able to detail your situation for your greater Toronto Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM and FIAT service specialist.

You will need to get your battery load tested and/ or charged later to ensure it won't fail again.

If your lights and wipers don't work, then you likely have a faulty battery connection or your battery is dead. Check the battery connections to make sure they are tight and free of corrosion. You could also try to jump-start your vehicle, though the battery may be too far gone. If your battery is over three years old, it may be time to replace it.
