Great Place to buy and service! I have 2 cars that I purchased in 2000 and I have been relatively pleased with the service. Mike Philpot is my mechanic and does a great job! Sara and John are great at the service desk and Terry, the Service Manager, will answer all concerns. They have a great restaurant on location, free popcorn and coffee! Also a great website. Even tho' they are moving further north to 7200 Yonge, I will still go back! The owners are alot of fun and they have regular contests and new car showcases. (September 2010)

Great Purchase Experience One word. Outstanding! Hosseint the General Manager is a king in my books. Ahmad the sales manager can be summed up like this, truly understanding and patient. All of my needs were met and exceeded. Then theres Patterson, the sales manager. He put us into a vehicle we never thought possible. He truly is the wind beneath our wings! North York Chrysler....The gentle sale. (August 2010)

Good dealer I've bought three cars from this dealership, and each time the service was excellent. The prices are competitive, and the salesmen don't try to feed you bullshit.I didn't get the sort of "pressure" sales tactics I have seen at other dealerships. If you're looking for a chrysler or jeep product, I highly recommend them. (August 2010)

'm surprzed! Okay, being honest, here's what it is: I've been driving Fords for years. I didn't want another only becasue I will not use the dealership near me. They are theives and cheats (Yonge/Steeles Ford). I really wanted a GM from Foss but I looked around. The GMs are surprizingly expensive. Even the used ones were not exactly what I wanted. Honda was rediculously over priced and so too were Kia and Hyundai though I liked their warranties...everything has a cost I guess. Anyway, as a last ditch effort before settling on a used buick that I didn't really want, I stopped into North York Chrysler. I looked at the Journey... hummed and hahed.I wnet back a few times. It was everything I wanted in a car. Size, 4 cylinders (not 6) and the price was right. They did try a little trick adjusting the proce making the financing seven years. That cost the deal and I got my money back. In fairness, I really liked the car. I went back and spoke to the salesman, Ilya and Ahmed the mgr. I said Here's what I can spend and this is the car I want over this period of time...Can you make it happen? To my surprize, they did! I got a great deal and a car that I am thrilled with. It's three weeks now and I love it. I haven't been back and cannot comment on the service YET.... BUT I WILL!!!! Thanks Ahmed and Ilya. We'll do business again I am sure.(August 2010)
