Requirements:

Good mechanical aptitude, Demonstrated driving competency with a clean unblemished driving record. Self-motivated, strong relationship building skills, a desire to work in a team environment, have an keen commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Highly motivated to undertake the Apprenticeship and commit to training to become a highly qualified Automotive Technician.

Description:

Due to growth, North York Chrysler is looking for Sales Consultants. We provide the advertising, inventory, facilities, training, and management to help you succeed in Auto Sales. Assist customers with finding and purchasing the right vehicle to meet their needs. Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close the sale. Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented sales environment.

Requirements:

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to be available for our clients. Must have customer service experience. Sales experience preferred, but will train right candidate. Excellent communication skills and professional appearance and demeanor required. Must be able to take direction, be resourceful, self-directed, adaptable, and a team player.

Service Technician

Description:

Requirements:

We're looking for an individual who has a positive attitude, is professional, reliable, interested in customers problems or concerns, empathy and understanding, and has great listening and communication skills. You need to be an experienced automotive technician, with working knowledge of transmission, engine mechanical, drive train and electronic systems. As a Service Technician you will be responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with Chrysler specifications. The technician must maintain an above standard customer satisfaction score.

F & I Manager

Requirements:

The F&I Manager will provide customers with a thorough explanation of after market products and extended service contracts, educates customers on the benefits of financing versus paying cash, sells dealer financing and credit life, accident and health insurance to customers, submits financing deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval, processes all federal, provincial and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions in a timely, efficient matter and reviews all paperwork for correct information, taxes, and fees.?
